Hauson Le

Strategic Foresight Manager

Community empowerment through expanded agency is the thread that guides and connects Hauson’s experiences. He first internalized his identity as a Servant Leader by creating leadership development opportunities for California State University Fullerton’s Leadership Scholar Program. His passion for service then led him to AAPI (Asian American and Pacific Islander) community serving nonprofits that help community leaders align their cultural values, identity, and leadership.

As SGR's Strategic Foresight Manager and a professional futurist trained at the University of Houston’s M.S in Foresight Program, Hauson empowers leaders to embrace change by exploring new possibilities that ignite action today. His desire to expand foresight impact to larger communities created the pathways that led him to the world of local government and SGR, where he now conducts foresight research, facilitates workshops, and presents emerging issues and insights.

Hauson finds joy in the uncertainty that comes with travel, cooking, and novelty. Whether it be sharing kava amongst friends, google translating with locals in southeast Asia, or gathering the bravest of tasters for his savory Oreo creations, exploration and human connection are central to what energizes Hauson.
