Delena Franklin joined SGR in October of 2016 and currently serves as a Senior Recruitment Coordinator. Delena works alongside the Executive Recruitment team by providing customer support to both internal and external customers throughout the Executive Recruitment process by partnering with Executive Recruiters to manage the administrative workflow for searches. After 21 years in local government, Delena retired from working in the Municipal Court for the cities of Carrollton, Plano, and Allen and brought that attention to detail, ability to balance multiple projects with multiple deadlines, and deep understanding of the value of relationships to her work as a Senior RC. She is still a member of the Texas Court Clerks Association and is a Certified Municipal Court Clerk.

Delena believes that you treat everyone with dignity and respect, and you value their diverse opinions, perspectives, and life experiences. This is one of the reasons she strives to make each customer’s experience with SGR their best. In her downtime Delena loves getting lost on dirt roads to find old barns to photograph.
