Becky Welch joined SGR in November 2016 and serves as a Recruitment Coordinator. She provides internal and external customer support throughout the recruitment process by partnering with Executive Recruiters to manage the administrative workflow for searches. Becky came to SGR with a background in the library field, where she worked for nearly 10 years. Her most recent position was as a Catalog Management Librarian for the University of North Texas Library System, and she has also worked for the Cities of Lewisville and Denton in Texas at their Public Libraries.

Her love of reading, research, and helping people initially drew her to the library field and that love remains the central driving force in her role with SGR. Becky holds a Master of Science degree in Library Science as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of North Texas. In her spare time, Becky loves all things music, including playing piano and ukulele and attending live music events.
