Troy Wolfe joins SGR with extensive experience in facilitation, training, strategic planning, and organizational people systems application, which he has used to help organizations gain traction and make a more significant impact. He has spent 20+ years helping non-profits and volunteer-based organizations gain clarity through facilitating Vision, Mission, and Culture creation, personality profile development to create better collaboration, servant leadership, and organizational alignment to move forward and gain market share and better serve their target audiences.

Troy is a “creative” and enjoys finding outlets for his creativity in the marketing field, as well as graphic design, video production, and illustration. He’s an avid sports fan who played collegiate soccer and stays active by golfing and playing pickleball.

He has three teenage children with whom he loves to spend time and travel. They love to play Texas Hold ‘Em, Spades, and other board games as a family.
