Connie Minich

Sr. Vice President; Leadership Development Facilitator


Connie Minich has worked in local and State government for 25+ years, and she is passionate about helping individuals, teams, and organizations go from where they are today, to where they aspire to be, using her career experience from corporate America, education, government, and nonprofit management. Connie believes that servant leadership should be the guiding principles for government agencies, and that leaders’ lead best, when they not only live into their values, but lead by them as well.

Connie understands the importance of lifelong learning, and in 2022, earned her master’s degree in Organization Development and Leadership, from Saint Joesph’s University’s, Haub School of Business. Her thesis topic was Individual Values Influence on Organizational Culture. She also has an associate and bachelor’s degree, from Indiana University Southeast. Indiana is where Connie was born, and where she served in local and State government, before moving to Florida.

Connie and her husband Matt, now live in Winter Haven, Florida, and have a grown daughter, named Megan, that lives in Polk County, Florida as well. In October of 2023, they welcomed a new addition to the family, their first grandchild named Chloe. Connie and Matt enjoy traveling and their favorite place they have traveled to so far is Rome. They also enjoy many weekend visits to local beaches, as well as spending time with family, and their new granddaughter Chloe.
