Before joining the SGR team in 2016, Andra Henson wore many hats throughout her career. One of her most fulfilling roles was serving 12 years as a specialized adult probation officer in the drug courts. SGR’s core values appealed to Andra, especially “The Golden Rule,” as it was a tool used often in her probation career. Witnessing numerous examples of small acts of respect or kindness making a difference in someone’s life drives Andra’s passion to serve others while the gratification of helping and watching people make positive changes in their life and society no matter their background is immeasurable.

Currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Coordinator for SGR, Andra performs a range of complex research for executive recruitments. She holds a BS in Psychology/Criminal Justice from Angelo State University. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves to travel, some of her favorite destinations being the Caribbean and Alaska. Andra is also an animal lover and has a very spoiled beagle named Sadie.
