Tools for Successful Leadership explores the concepts of leadership and helps participants recognize leadership opportunities in the workplace and community. The course also teaches participants to identify the characteristics of effective leaders and the role that personal values play in leadership. Through self-assessments, participants will learn more about themselves as leaders and how different personality styles impact leadership. Participants will also learn to recognize the dynamic relationship between leaders and followers as they identify the difference between management and leadership! (Click here for class flyer.)
